Biologist, Jean-François Oudet develops research services and development to serve the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industries. Graduated and Specialized in clinical research, Jean-François has held various operational positions before becoming Director Strategic Development in Europe in one of the largest contract research companies.
Furthermore, he holds a Advanced Management Program at ESSEC (Excecutive General Management), a Master Degre in Biology at University LYON I as well as a Master Degre in Computing and It network.
Jean-François is now in charge of the scientific assessments / technical and financial development projects in the field health and the environment.

Jean-Michel ROCCHI has a long career as banker. He worked in the financial department of a major bank, where he was in charge of LBO. He also was the head of the Equity Capital Markets of an international bank, and previously in charge of the M&A department of the french afiliates of an international company.
Today, Jean-Michel ROCCHI is chairman of NAIS and the partner of FIDERE in charge of foundraising and financial inengineering.
Jean-Michel teaches finance policy and engineering at Dauphine University in Paris. He is the author of a number of publications dedicated to company finance and financial markets. He was also published in many professional magazines. In 1998, he received the award of best financial economy book in 1997 for « financial engineering technics » and he coordinated the MBA Finance collective book.
